Sort Doctor is the AI workspace for professional organizers and senior move managers. The platform helps you manage projects (called inventories) where you can catalog items, make decisions, and collaborate with others.
When you log into Sort Doctor, you’ll see the main menu:
The Items page in Sort Doctor is where you see everything in your inventory at a glance. It offers two views — Thumbnail view and List view — so you can browse items visually or in a structured table format.
From either view, you get a clear overview of all items and the decisions made about them, such as whether to keep, gift, sell, donate, or discard. This makes it easy to quickly understand the status of your inventory, track progress, and stay organized.

In both views, you’ll see an overview of all items in your selected inventory (a project where you upload photos, record decisions, and collaborate).
You can add items to your inventory (or project) directly from the Items page. There are two ways to do this, using the buttons in the top right corner:
